In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and hiking with our dog.
As President and Sales Executive, I am determined to find the right solution for our partners. I have been working in the industry for the last 10 years and I am dedicated to providing the highest standards of project solutions and accountability. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my family, catching up on binge-worthy shows, and playing any gaming platform out there.
As COO it is my duty to ensure the smooth operation of ComSources both from an internal and external perspective. With my experiences in the Retail, Event Management, Film, and Technology Industries, I've learned that simple and friendly communication can solve almost any problem. I'm a computer hardware enthusiast and enjoy building, upgrading, and optimizing PCs. I also enjoy filming and editing independent films with my talented wife, Cami, and our growing community of local cinematographers.
As a founding employee and Operations Specialist for Comsources I oversee product evaluations, quality control, packing and shipping, and assist with business development. When I’m not bubble wrapping 47 jillion phones I make and work on independent films under my production company (Rivers Ash Productions), drown myself in textile art projects, devour any horror media I can get my hands on (particularly books and video games), collect one of a kind art dolls like my life depends on it, do ballet to the best of my inflexible ability, and wrangle 4 cats, a dog (floor manager, Mr. Mikkelsen), and 3 ducks.
As Floor Manager and very serious business man I oversee all operations, shipments in and out of the warehouse, building security, all meal and snack breaks taken by employees throughout the day and keep a strict schedule of receiving 2 chicken treats a day, one first thing in the morning and second at 11 o’clock (I don’t want to do it, but I take on those chicken treats with pride in my heart for this company). It is with full confidence and assurance that not a single piece of equipment clears Comsources without getting the most thorough and fattest sniff from yours truly. When I’m not doing big business I enjoy doin’ a lil sun-sit, the occasional zoom, starring in independent films made by my parents (Cami Roebuck and Derek Bond), making sure my 4 cat and 3 duck siblings are in line, and doing big stretch.
As "Jeff-of-All-Trades", I share my expertise in every corner of the business! I have also invented many items to make the day-to-day operation of ComSources run as smoothly as possible; from "The Pallet Pole", to "The Shipping Square", to recycling packaging paraphernalia at every opportunity! I am very proud to be part of this extremely proffessional team that seems like family (well, because half of us are!) When I'm away from ComSources, I enjoy woodworking and sarcasm! And for the last 43 years, I've performed as world-famous entertainer, Inky The Clown!
As Receiving Manager, I oversee the receiving, inspection, and cataloguing of all incoming goods. I have over 10 years of experience in the receiving and logistics industry, and I am passionate about ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
