INITIAL AUDIT/INVENTORY
Contact us with a list of equipment available for sale. We will respond within 1 business day. Oftentimes there are components inside of equipment that significantly increase its resale value. Our team will help you uncover hidden value in your available inventory.
OFFER
After we have a complete inventory, Comsources will send you a binding offer within 3 business days with simple, transparent terms and conditions including how long the offer is good for and the expected condition of the equipment.
PACKAGING AND PICKUP
If you need help with deinstallation, packaging materials or onsite packaging services, ComSources will provide you with an upfront quote. You will NEVER receive an invoice for these services. They will be deducted from the final amount owed for the equipment we purchase. ComSources will arrange and pay for inbound shipping to our operations center in Flowood MS
FINAL AUDIT AND PAYMENT
Prior to pickup ComSources will send you an estimate of the time needed to complete the testing and final audit for your equipment. Most shipments take 30 days or less to process but it can take a bit longer for large, complex projects
ComSources will send you a detailed audit of what we received along with a final value for what we received. The final value will only differ from our upfront offer if there is missing, damaged, fails test or the condition was not as described. We are always happy to answer any questions you might have about the audit
ComSources uses SoftThinks software to test and wipe all laptops and desktops. This service is provided free of charge. Certificates of data destruction available upon request.
Once you approve the final audit, we can send payment via check, Paypal, wire or ACH
